Sometimes people are stressed, because they feel that they don’t have enough time. Sometimes people feel stress, because they feel that they are not able to do what they have to do. For example a new teacher is stressed because he thinks he is not able to manage his class. Or someone is stressed at his workplace because he thinks that his superiors expect more than he can deliver
If this is your case, you probably know that your stress is unnecessary. You passed your exams so you can be expected to be able do your job. So this whole thing is about getting more self-esteem.

It is possible to solve your stress by getting more self-esteem and self-confidence. That can be done in 3 ways: by saying affirmations, visualisations and through using acupuncture points.

Solve your stress by affirmations

Write down a list of affirmations that fit in your case. For example: I am a capable teacher. I love teaching. To make the affirmation work even stronger you can hit with the outside of your right hand in the palm of your left hand. Three times. Then, change hands. This is very powerful

Solve your stress by visualisation.

Solve your stress by visualisation.

Sit in a chair, relax and pay attention to your breathing. Visualise the situation the way you want it to be and at the same time be happy with it.

Solve your stress by using acupuncture points.

There is an acupuncture point on your face that corresponds with insecurity and self-esteem. Its right under you eyes on the bone. Tap on those points with your index fingers while saying: I accept myself and I love myself with my insecurity. I let go of my insecurity now and for ever and I replace it by self-esteem and self-confidence. So it will be, so it will be, so it will be. Then take a deep breath in and breathe out.

You will find that by doing those exercises, your self-esteem and self confidence will grow. By having more self- confidence and self-esteem your stress is diminishing ore even disappearing.
